Poll Results

Hey everyone! So, as you might know, or might have been too oblivious to figure out, there was a poll on favorite desserts that closed a few days ago. So, here are the results:

Winner: Ice Cream (votes: 3)
Second Place: Candy, chocolate bars, and cookies, all tied with 1 vote each.
Third Place: cake. no one voted for it. boo hoo. that's ok, i like ice cream better anyway.

So, now I'm going to make a Name Art special for all those who have already gotten a name art. if you've already ordered one (even if it hasn't been posted yet), you can have a second one with the theme of ice cream. just ask if you want one!!!

For further info, I will also be doing Christmas and Hanukkah specials all this week (the week of Hanukkah) through the last day of the year.

Just an update on name art...

Here's just an update on my name arts....

So far, I'm done with two example designs. they should be posted below, or if they're not they are under the "november" section on the right. I have finished valerie's name art and will be posting it soon. I have more requests for "sarah" and "mariana," which I have started. It's never too late to ask!!

Also, there's a poll for favorite dessert that you can participate in. it's going to close soon, so place your votes! I'm going to post the results, and then a mouth-wateringly delicious-looking picture of the winner to torture you!!! hahaha!!! but wait, there's more! I sound like a commercial. whatever the winner is, that will be the theme for a new name art style that I will invent after the winner's decided. If you request a name art before the poll closes, AND you vote on the poll, you can have a SECOND name art done with the winner of the poll. so vote now, because you'll want your name next to your favorite dessert!!!!

Name Art Requests

So far, two people have asked me for name art this week. You can type, in a comment box, what name you want. You can ask for a personalized design that I haven't created yet. So far, I only have one design, which is displayed below. Take a look! There will be more to come.

I have a request for Valerie and a request for Sarah. I'm doing my best to finish up Valerie's green-theme name art, but Sarah has to ask for something specific!

It's always really fun for me to do name art, and it's free!! I'll post them here on the blog so everyone can see them and you can download them on your computer and print them out!!! For more information, you can scroll down and see my earlier posts on name art.

Here's my first name art design!!

This is Style #1 for name art! So far, this and the one below (Style #2) are all there is. If you'd like either of these designs for your name, just ask. You can also wait and see more, probably later this week.

Hey guys!!! There's a new feature on my blog now. I figured it would get people excited. You can scroll down to the way bottom and vote for your favorite. I don't have any idea what I'm going to do with the results, but it's fun for people and fun for me to know who likes things the best! So yeah. Scroll down and vote RIGHT NOW.

A LITTLE PREVIEW ON FOUR STRAIGHT LINES!!!

OMG!!!!! So marshmallow and i are really excited for our new blog, right? We're already on chapter 5, still working on it. Yes, I know, you're probably wondering, what the heck is this book about?

Well, it's basically about a girl named Amy who moves to what everyone says is a haunted house. yup. pretty normal ghost story. amy is seeing weird things and hearing strange noises ever since the first night she's there by herself. and she's also seeing a weird symbol on everything in the house—four straight red lines. and there's a ghost in the house thats trying to kill her, after plaguing her mind with terrible images!!!! Images that make her think she's going crazy, that she's hallucinating, and most of all, that there's something really creepy about this house. These images allow the ghost to control Amy's body while she sees them, so that the ghost, so can't actually kill amy (because, well, it's a ghost that can't touch anything without, you know, going right through it) can kill her without leaving any trace of evidence. So Amy and her friends investigate to see what's going on, and after finding out some shocking news, find out that one of amy's new friends, who seems trustworthy and friendly at first, might actually be helping the killer! I know, creepy right? ha ha ha. will amy escape in time?

To find out, read Four Straight Lines. I sound like the school librarian!!! And you can find this, and other AMAZING books written by marshmallow and me, at our blog. (which doesn't exist yet.)

Ok, here's an excerpt from chapter 3:

So I headed up. My body trembling, I started my climb up the creaky stairs. A feeling of dread seeped through my skin. It was just a rat. Just a rat. I finally finished my climb up the dark creepy stairs and tripped over something. By sheer luck, it was a flashlight. I turned it on and it worked. In the dim light, I could see nothing but boxes. And, not surprisingly, a few rats. But something told me that wasn’t the cause of the thumping. Wanting to find out more, I stepped forward, each step risking being heard.
Suddenly, I heard a piercing screech. I jumped back, trying to hold back my uncontrolled breathing. Then a flicker of shadows, then shuffling of feet, and the slamming of the door. I was locked in the room with only my lame flashlight. And there was someone in the house. What an idiot I was! But they had obviously seen something that scared them. Then, a comforting thought hit me, and after thinking about it I knew it wasn’t possible. Could it be Max playing a prank? No. He was at his friend’s.
But the curiosity in me wanted to see what it was that scared the intruder. Slowly making my way toward where the robber used to stand, I started to feel more confident. The robber had probably left the house already, so I didn’t have to worry about that. Now I had a mystery to myself that I had to solve.
A second later, my flashlight shined on something that drew my confidence away right out of me. I screamed, and a moment later, everything went black.

I really Should be posting more stuff here.

Hey Random People who ever even bother to ever check out my blog,

I really should be posting more stuff. I haven't posted in months! Luckily, my friend...ugh....marshmallow, and I, penguin, will be starting another blog soon, called Four straight lines. It's the name of our new horror novel. (for those of you that thought Marshmallow and Penguin were our real names, they're not. Cuz seriously, who knows what random stalkers could be reading this right now? If you are one, YOU'LL NEVER CATCH ME!!!!!! HAHA!!!!) anyway, Marshmallow and I (you know who you are, marshmallow), have been writing this book called Four Straight Lines. The new blog isn't up yet but will be soon!!!

Yes, I know. I wasn't so freaked out about stalkers in the past, so I might have kind of given away my email address somewhere on this blog. I don't know where. But if I have, you can email me asking about our new book!!! I might post the first few chapters on the new blog, too. Just always be looking for new posts here at clubdoodle.blogspot.com for a heads-up as to whether the new blog's up yet!!!

More to come soon!!
